Lifeguard certification classes:

Lifeguard certification classes will be offered throughout the year at no charge to individuals who apply to work at the Woodburn Aquatic Center. If the lifeguard candidate wants to work at another facility there is a cost of $150 for the lifeguard course. This lifeguard course is taught through Ellis & Associates.

Underwater Easter Egg Hunt
Saturday, March 31; 12pm
Hunt for the Easter Bunny’s “lost” eggs! Please bring a waterproof basket or egg holder to store your eggs. $6 per youth admission.

Open Kayak Time
Saturday, March 31; 5-8pm
Practice your paddling skills in warm water. Bring your kayak and equipment. Please make sure your kayak is clean and free from debris. Hose will be available. General Admission applies.

Safety Saturday & Swim Lesson Evaluations
Saturday, May 12; All day!
Stop in to have an instructor evaluate your student for swim lessons to determine which class they are ready for! In addition, learn all about important swimming safety such as boating safety, proper lifejacket sizing, take a ride in a kayak and more!
